Crime have 0% to do with skin color, but racism and economical conditions. Take the same amount of people from different ethnicity and give them the same type of upbringing, same opportunities to educate themselves etc etc ... and I bet my life on that the skin color would have 0% impact on that statistic and it would be the same across the races.
