The orange monkey in the white house is "invading" Washington DC because he claims it's so violent. 

1. DC is not even in the Top 20 of the most criminal cities. But those who are in the group are 95% so-called red states, i.e. with republican rule, so of course he doesn't go in there. 
2. DC violence statistics have gone down 26% in the last 5 years. 
3. He likes to call himself The Anti-Crime President, but no president has ever pardoned more sex- and violent convicted criminals than Mr. Dumb-Dumb.
