An 82 year old man who came to the US in 1987 after fleeing torture in Chile goes to get a new green card in physical form because he lost it earlier! There he is arrested and taken away from his wife. They call her after 9 days and say that he unfortunately died at the facility. Another week later, relatives find out that he is alive and in a hospital in Guatemala. A country he has nothing to do with!
